The undersigned owner/exhibitor, in consideration of participation in the 2025 Ponies by the Sea Car Show at Channel Islands Harbor on October 12, 2025, agrees to release and hold harmless the Tri-County Mustang Club and its members, the City of Oxnard, and the County of Ventura from any claims of loss, damage, or injury arising directly or indirectly from the event, to indemnify and hold harmless the aforementioned entities from any loss caused by the undersigned vendor and its agents and employees, and to abide by all rules and regulations. I understand that the security of my vehicle and all other items are completely my responsibility. I will remove all of my property and debris no later than 5:00 pm on show day. I will take all responsibility for complying with the laws of the State of California, County of Ventura and City of Oxnard, including City licenses and Health Department certificates.
I understand that all food booths will be required to comply with the Ventura County Health Dept. requirements for temporary food facilities, and to provide a Ventura County Health Permit. I understand that there is NO STYROFOAM allowed at the Harbor.
